Student Hub ( ESO )
3rd/ 4th year UG and to PG students
This will involve designing the sled and thinking about the materials to use in order to make it go fast. You would then be working with a manufacturer in the build of the sled.
The areas of expertise that we are looking for are in the fields of design, aerodynamics, light weighting, physics as well as other area of engineering that could contribute to this challenge.
This is a real project which is part of a TV show. You would be expected to work on this in your spare time.
The project will start in February and last 3 months.
If you are interested in this please email Lisa Barwick L.Barwick@warwick.ac.uk to register your interest by Tuesday 29th January.
