Women In Engineering Conference- 4th Nov live & virtual

This years’ event is going to be our biggest yet!

This unique event is designed to empower and inspire Women to pursue a career in Engineering.

Yes thanks to the pandemic we are going all out to support women engineers who are currently studying here in the UK or looking to start their career.

We will be filming this years’ event live from the IET in London and broadcasting to the comfort of your home.

Campus Media have brought together the awe inspiring Sophie Harker, Amber O’Conner, Melissa Ahmed, Nicola Grahamslaw & Lorna Bennet to share their journey and offer their insights to empower you to follow your career aspirations and make a real difference in equalising the gender balance in this typically male-dominated industry.

Laura Fox will be demonstrating how to create & improve your Linkedin brand identity & successfully network with industry mentors and employers.

You will have your chance to ask our employer panel all of those burning questions and get their advice direct.

Throughout the afternoon there will be:

This alerts the University Community Safety team and will enable the emergency vehicle to be speedily escorted to where it is required on the campus.
