Please Vote for our Design : Brickcycle

One of our student teams from the second-year engineering module, "Technology for International Development module " (ES2D9), has qualified for the Grand Finals of the Engineering for People Design Challenge.

The final event will take place in Sheffield on June 21. We are soliciting your vote for the People's Prize. https://crowdsolve.net/challenge/EFP-UK-25 (Title: Brickcycle).

 The People's Prize Award is a public vote, awarding the team that has considered the social, economic and environmental impacts of their design idea most effectively. All finalists are eligible to enter the People's Prize Award and will need to upload their designs to the Project space. The team that receives the highest number of votes will win the People’s Prize Award, which will be announced at the Grand Finals.

Voting closes at 1 pm BST on Friday 20 June 2025.

In the event of an emergency on campus requiring ambulance, police or fire brigade, call 22222 from an internal telephone. This alerts the University Community Safety team and will enable the emergency vehicle to be speedily escorted to where it is required on the campus.
