What is an NDA?

A Non-Disclosure Agreement ("NDA"), also known as a confidentiality agreement, is a legal contract enabling parties to share confidential information with each other.

Who deals with your NDA will depend on whether it relates to research or commercial activities.

Research Activities

All research-related NDAs are dealt with by Research & Impact Services ("R&IS"). Please speak directly to our R&IS contact for more information.

Commercial Activities
