The Objet24 is a desktop 3D printing system capable of printing realistic models with small moving parts, thin walls and smooth, paintable surfaces. Using PolyJet 3D printing technology, the Objet24 features 28 µm print layers and a 240 x 200 x 150 mm (9.45 x 7.87 x 5.9 in) tray size. The Objet24 is ideal for designers and engineers looking to produce highly accurate models for visual aids, fit and assembly testing and functional applications.

The Objet24 uses rigid white opaque material (VeroWhitePlus), which is perfect for general-purpose 3D modeling and prototyping. Combining dimensional stability and high-detail visualization, this photopolymer closely resembles the look of the end product. It can be painted, drilled, machined or used for vacuum forming.

The UP! 3D Plus Printer is a compact, desktop 3D printer that takes 3D design files and creates a low-cost 3D model directly in ABS material, it has everything needed to convert 3D designs into durable working models.

  • Stratasys Dimension 3D Printer

The Stratasys Dimension 3D Printer uses Fused Deposition Technology (FDM) to balance between print resolution and affordability. The Dimension features a large build envelope and prints in ABS with a separate breakaway support material.

  • Denford PCB Engraver

A 3 axis CNC PCB and Engraving Machine with totally-enclosed guarding, suitable for a range of applications. The engraver has Gerber and DXF file import facilities. The PCB Engraver is ideal for cutting and engraving a range of materials, including copper coated circuit boards, plastic and acrylic. Students are able to use the engraver to prototpye and produce circuit boards for their undergraduate teaching and research projects.
