Positions & Responsibilities
Research project:AI applied to imaging for improving efficacy and safety in robotic and minimally invasive surgery The promising results brought by AI in different fields, and in particular in smart vision, increased the interest around AI applications for healthcare. Medical procedures, in fact, can greatly benefit from this technology. In particular, this project envisions to investigate an algorithm that can help surgical robots interventions, relying on images acquired on the patient during or prior to the surgery.
