5th Knowledge Exchange Workshop

The QSP UK network is pleased to announce the 5th Knowledge Exchange Workshop, to be held at the University of Warwick 7th- 8th July 2025.

The meeting will showcase QSP in drug R&D, including its part in the decision-making process, application case studies, challenges, and success stories. With this, the meeting aims to foster discussion of challenges currently facing the application of QSP in drug R&D. There will be talks from Peter Milligan (Pharmetheus), Helen Moore (University of Florida), as well as contributions from GSK, AstraZeneca, Roche, Bayer, Novo Nordisk, ESQLabs, Residual Dynamics, University of Warwick, and University of Oxford.

We welcome abstracts for a poster session that can be submitted during registration.

Booking and Registration

There are 3 options for registration:

1. Attendance on the 8th only.

2. Attendance on the 7th and 8th, with accommodation. Perfect for those travelling to the workshop.

3. Attendance on the 7th and 8th, without accommodation (but attending the evening meal). Perfect for locals.

Please be aware: Registrations and payments must be made by 21st June, and anything booked after that cannot be guaranteed.

On these registration forms, please identify any dietary requirements or allergies.

Accomodation Information

Please be aware that QSP-UK have only been allocated 10 Double/Twin rooms in Radcliffe House and 20 Double/Twin rooms in Scarman House at this fixed price. If you want to upgrade, you will need to book your own accommodation here.

As the meeting will be held in Radcliffe House, accommodation located in Scarman House is a 4-minute walk (0.2 mile). If you have any accessibility concerns which require you to be in the accommodation closest to the workshop location, please identify this in your registration form. Otherwise, allocation will be randomised.

Any bookings that are made via third-party sites such as Booking.com will not be subject to our event price and will not include the welcome meal on the 7th or attendance to the meeting, including lunch on the 8th.

 

The evening meal on the 7th, with breakfast and lunch on the 8th, will take place in Radcliffe House.

The Workshop is located in Radliffe House, Room 33.
