Worked on IBM documentation in LaTeX including flowchart of basic modules

SUMMARY: A good start but not enough done. Did just over an hour when could have done 7 hours.

a) top margins in documentation

b) EPS viewer working to assist adding of graphics

SUMMARY: Not good enough. Although busy this month, could have done more. Will need to catch up to achieve goal of completing IBM implementation by end of April 2016

Complete IBM modules so that they can select the correct ghost cells in 3D. Testcase(s): Circular pipeflow at an angle to mesh, sphere flow

Documentation well underway in order to consolidate plan for modules (which are partially completed). Lots ot LaTeX learned

SUMMARY: Much better progress but still only half the hours spent than expected. This was because first two weeks went well but remaining two weeks I was busy catching up on work.

4) Complete testing of independent IBM modules using a variety of artificial fluid fields. Testcase(s): Circular pipeflow at an angle to mesh, sphere flow
