Editing upper boundary conditions in line with the Lund Wu and Squires paper as discussed.

UPDATE subroutine modified with new JCONBC=4 switch, however minor concern about a part of CMPFCT which aso contains references to JCONBC.

Since it only seems to be called directly after INITIA for the 1st timestep, ignoring for the time being, but need to ensure this is OK...

 

Force stable mass flux at inflow next,

then re-non-dimensionalisation wrt displacement thickness afterwards...
