How to add new references to the master bibtex file.

If you want to add new references to the master bibtex file, you are welcome to do so.
Please download a test latex file (bibtex-new.tex) and the PDF file.

Download the latest master bibtex file. This is very important that you work on the latest bibtex file. If you already have a master bibtex file, please check the date in the first line of the bibtex file to see if it is up to date.

Press the “Click to reserve this resource” button on the webpage to let others know that you are working on the master bibtex file.

Add new references to the master bibtex file in alphabetical order (Books, Journals, and Conferences).

Cite all the new references in bibtex-new.tex file to check in the PDF file whether all entries are correct. This is important. Please make sure that all information is correct, especially including no typo errors.

Add (and do not delete the old one) the date and your initials in the first line of the master bibtex file.

Then, upload the new mater bibtex file and press the “Click to release it” button again for others to use.
