Fibonacci, Miles and Kilometres - A Strange Link
My written piece is a blog post intended for students of year 10/11 and above (The first page explains my intended audience further). It explains how the coincidental similar value of the Golden Ratio (Fibonacci) and the ratio between miles and kilometres can be used to roughly convert between the distances.

A Short Introduction to Square Packing
My video is, as the name suggests, a short introduction to the square packing problem and is aimed for year 7s and above, including adults.
I found Erich Friedman's page, Packing Unit Squares: A Survey and New ResultsLink opens in a new window, very useful. There’s some solutions on Friedman’s page that are just cool to look at so I recommend checking it out.
