Warwick Medical School has signed up to jointly organise the next SAFECOMP conference with the University of Warwick and Newcastle University. The 27th International Conference on Computer Safety, Reliability and Security will be held from 22-25 September 2008 in Newcastle at a venue yet to be announced.

SAFECOMP is an annual event which focuses on the security of computer systems and acts as a platform for knowledge and technology transfer between academics, industry and research institutions.
