Laura and Ewan have been selected to take part in the prestigous Oxford Summer School on Sleep and Circadian Clocks to learn all out our Rhythms and Homeostats.

We welcome Maryam in the lab. She has received the presigous Warwick Chancellor’s International Scholarship for her studies and wiil start her PhD project at the interface between novel nanomaterials and their use as drug delivery vehicles together with Prof. Sebastien Perrier (Chemistry) and us in October 2018.

Congratulations to Kristin for winning the prize for best presentation at the 2018 Warwick Medical School Post-Graduate Research Student Symposium. She presented part of her PhD project work on chronotherapy with a potential new osmium chemotherapeutic.

Rilind has received a URSS fellowship to join us to perform a project on circadian real-time reporters this summer. Welcome and well done!

Nine scholarships at (£200 per week) will be available in the MRC DTP to undertake a 10 week practical project in a biomedical research lab. Awards will be available from July-September 2018. Full training will be provided with no previous experience in a biomedical laboratory being required.

You will preferably be in the penultimate year of your course (although students in other years may apply) and have an interest in pursuing a career in research after you finish.

In order to complete the application form you must select three potential supervisors from the Summer School Project List.
