- Main Conference:
- Date: Saturday, the 1st of November, 2025.

Undergraduate and postgraduate students from all disciplines with an interest in public health are welcome to attend

Registration covers both the main conference and the pre-conference workshop.

In Step 1 of the registration form, you will be required to indicate whether you plan to attend the pre-conference workshop.

We have limited slots for conference registration fee waivers to support students who are unable to afford the fee; this is particularly open to students from low- and middle-income countries.

- To benefit from the waiver, you will be required to include the name and email address of an academic advisor based in an educational or public health institution. The identified advisor may be contacted to verify your identity and suitability to benefit from the scheme.
- The registration fee waiver application deadline is Wednesday, the 8th of October, 2025.
- Conference resources, including recordings of oral presentations, electronic posters, abstracts and training materials, will be available on demand via our Oxford Abstracts page to registered attendees up to three months after the conference.
