Nadine is the Project Manager for InSPiRe (Innovative Methodology for Small Populations Research), Nadine’s role is to ensure the project is delivered to agreed timescales and budget.

This includes the financial management of the project in line with European Commission requirements, including ensuring that records are accurately kept, partner’s queries are dealt with effectively, funds are distributed according to agreed budgets and timetables, eligible expenditure is incurred in accordance with EU rules, and partners are fully informed of their own responsibilities; to prepare the annual financial report.

Nadine ensures effective operational management and administrative support for the project, developing appropriate communication channels and an effective working relationship with the project partners across Europe, the EC Project Officer as well as University staff and other central services within the university.

She monitors progress against targets for delivery of research, coordinates any required ethics and information governance activities, and oversees promotion activities through the development and maintenance of appropriate communications tools, ensuring effective dissemination of information.
