Martin Posch

Martin Posch leadsMartin Posch WP 3. His research interests are group sequential trials, adaptive designs and multiple testing procedures, focusing on applications in clinical trials and Bioinformatics. He is professor of Medical Statistics and head of the Section of Medical Statistics at the Medical University of Vienna. Before taking this post he worked as statistical expert at the European Medicines Agency (EMA), London, UK in the Human Medicines Development and Evaluation sector, where he contributed to guideline development and the assessment of study designs. He holds a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Vienna and serves as Associate Editor of Biometrics and Biometrical Journal and as observer in the EMA Biostatistics Working Party.
