Biography
After completing my DPhil exploring the decision experiences of people with MS, I joined the Unit of Academic Primary Care in 2016. Currently I am the lead qualitative researcher and project manager on the OBoE Study (Online Booking Experience Study) https://warwick.ac.uk/fac/sci/med/research/hscience/apc/digitalhealthcare/oboe/ In collaboration with the University of Exeter, we are examining patients' appointment booking behaviours in relation to their backgrounds, and exploring their views and experiences of booking online.
