You will be able to find out more about the application process, sample a taster clinical skills session, gain an understanding of the course structure, how it is taught and find out from our current students what it is really like to be a medical student at WMS.

Please note, we are unable to arrange appointments for individual applicants to meet with academic or admissions staff.

    Q. Where can I stay overnight?

    A. There are a number of hotels and guests houses in the local area.

    Q. How long does it take to tour the campus?

    A. Approximately one hour.

    Q. I can't attend any of the Open Days; can I visit at another time?

    A. Yes, you are welcome to visit the University independently or attend one of the Warwick Postgraduate Visit Days.

    Q. Is car parking available on the Open Day?

    A. Unfortunately, we cannot offer parking on Gibbet Hill Campus. However, there are plenty of car parks on central campus and shuttle buses will be available to take you up to WMS. All of the information you need will be sent to you after you've registered for the Open Day.

    Q. Can I arrange a private appointment to meet with the Director of Admissions?

    A. Our Open Days give potential applicants far more information and insight into the MB ChB programme at Warwick Medical School than a meeting with one member of staff. The Director of Admissions is, however, usually present at Open Days and is willing to answer questions. We hope you appreciate it is not possible to give potential applicants a private appointment, as we would be unable to meet demand.

    Q. Will I be able to speak to current MB ChB students?

    A. Yes, students will give a presentation on their experiences of the course and how they found the admissions process. There will also be the chance to chat to students during the breaks.

    Q. How can I get in touch if I have any questions?

    A. If you have any questions that aren't covered here, please Email us.
