Visit to Sydni Centre, Leamington

In March Kate visited a women's group at the Sydni centre in Leamington. We discussed what makes a good doctor (listens, doesn't patronise, is a human, is knowledgeable) then used the breast models to talk about breast self-examination.

The group has a number of members who have either worked as carers or care for family members with dementia and will be working together to produce an OSCE station based on their experiences of accessing healthcare with a person with dementia.
