Registration fees include (throughout the whole meeting period unless specified)

  1. Venue at Scarman Conference Centre

a. Meeting Room
i. Unlimited Tea and Coffee
ii. Morning pastries
iii. Mid-morning biscuits
iv. Afternoon cakes

b. 3- course self service restaurant lunch or working lunch

c. 3-course plated served dinner (May 5th & 6th)

2. Banquet at St Mary's Guildhall (Wednesday 7th May)

a. Including a coach journey to St Mary's Guildhall and return to University of Warwick

3. B&B at Scarman Conference Centre

a. Double En-suite accommodation (For nights 5th, 6th, 7th May 2025)
b. Full English continental breakfast
