COMING SOON: Liverpool telescope time – PATT and JMU time - STFC

The following information is subject to change. *** The Science and Technology Facilities Council invites proposals for the panel for the allocation of telescope time (PATT) and John Moores University (JMU) research time at the Liverpool telescope. This enables researchers to access the Liverpool telescope, a 2.0-metre fully robotic facility sited at Observatorio del Roque de Los Muchachos, Canary Islands. The following instruments are available: •IO:O; •SPRAT; •RISE; •IO:I; •MOPTOP. PATT accepts proposals from PIs based in the UK, and JMU accepts proposals from PIs based at the Liverpool John Moores University. The allocation of observation time for PATT is 305 hours for priority A and B and 100 hours for priority C, and for JMU the time for observations is 316 hours for priority A and B and 100 hours for priority C.
