Full text: The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council invites applications for its cross-cutting research for exascale software and algorithms call. This supports research on issues that impact the development of exascale software and algorithms. This should address one of the following cross-cutting research themes:▪future computing paradigms;▪coupling;▪verification, validation and uncertainty quantification;▪domain-specific languages.Researcher at a UK HEI, research institute, or independent research organisation accredited by UKRI. Applicants may be from any area of the UK research community. They need not be a researcher working within EPSRC’s remit.Up to five awards are available. The total budget is £5 million. Grants are worth between £900,000 and £1 million.
