How do I use this calendar?

You can click on an event to display further information about it.

The toolbar above the calendar has buttons to view different events. Use the left and right arrow icons to view events in the past and future. The button inbetween returns you to today's view. The button to the right of this shows a mini-calendar to let you quickly jump to any date.

The dropdown box on the right allows you to see a different view of the calendar, such as an agenda or a termly view.

If this calendar has tags, you can use the labelled checkboxes at the top of the page to select just the tags you wish to view, and then click "Show selected". The calendar will be redisplayed with just the events related to these tags, making it easier to find what you're looking for.

Primary funder name: Science and Technology Facilities Council

Closing date: 04 Nov 20

Full text: The Science and Technology Facilities Council, via the Harwell Campus, invites proposals for its cross-cluster proof of concept grants. These support innovative, cross-disciplinary collaborations between industry, academia and clusters at Hartwell Campus. Proposals should contribute to the following aims of the call: •to kick-start innovative cross-sector collaborations across the three clusters specialising in energy, health and space; •to help support and grow new and existing companies; •to develop new ideas on the innovative use of technologies, applications and processes; •to use Harwell Campus and Oxfordshire as a location for developing and validating technologies and services; •to demonstrate the feasibility of new technologies or capabilities or a new application of existing technology. Registered UK companies may apply as principal applicants. The projects must be collaborative between two industrial companies, between industry and research organisations, or between industry and academia. Projects can have more than one collaborator of which at least one must have a presence at the Hartwell Campus and be affiliated with one of the clusters. Grants must be matched with capital or qualifying in-kind contribution. Up to £30,000 funding is available per project, to cover up to 50 per cent of the total costs.
