Delegate Information

The Silicon Quantum Information Processing (SiQIP) Meeting took place on Friday 14 September 2012 at The University of Warwick. Please find below further information regarding this event.

Venue

The talks took place in room MS.04 (located on the 2nd floor) in the Zeeman building at The University of Warwick. Catering and the posters were set up in room A0.05 (located on the ground floor) of the Zeeman building.

Registration

The registration desk was situated in the foyer of the Zeeman building and was open from 9.30am. On arrival, each participant received a delegate pack containing a pen, pad, programme, delegate list and a badge.

Travel / Visas

Information regarding travelling to the University of Warwick can be found on the IOP website and on the Warwick University website. Citizens of the EU do not need a visa to enter Britain. If you are from any other country, find out about visa requirements before you travel - ukvisas.gov.uk

Car park 15 is the closest car park to the Zeeman building.

Catering

Refreshments during the registration, mid-morning break and afternoon break along with the lunch are included in the registration fee.

Posters

Posters were displayed in room A0.05 (located on the ground floor) of the Zeeman building.

Poster were mounted from 09:00 on Friday 14 September 2012. The posters can be displayed throughout the day and all posters are to be removed by 17:00. Although organisers will endeavour to save poster material, no guarantee can be made for posters not removed by this time. Posters must not be larger than A0 in size in a portrait format and therefore if your poster does not fit within these dimensions, we cannot guarantee it will be displayed. Fixing material will be provided to mount your poster.

Abstract Booklet

The abstract booklet is available in an electronic format – this was circulated via email to all delegates registered by Monday 10 September 2012.
