Special Edition of Solid State Electronics

A selection of the best papers presented at the ULIS 2013 conference will be published in a Special Issue of Solid-State Electronics. The selection has been made by the Technical Committee on the basis of the quality of the written Abstract and the Presentation and authors will now have been notified.
