If the helium level on the rig is less that 50% and no one is using it please fill it up. PLEASE CHECK REGULARLY.

If the level goes under 50% while someone is using the apparatus and they have or plan to use the equipment for two or more days in 7, please work together to fill it.

If you are away, please arrange for someone else to check the apparatus you are responsible for.

If while filling you run out of helium or you empty the dewar, please take the dewar back to the liquefier room, hook it up the return line and let Ali or Patrick know that the dewar is empty.
