Venue

• Registration is open until 1st April 2026, or the event reaches capacity.
• The workshop will take place in the Zeeman Building, on central campus, with all talks held in MS.03.

Getting here

• Information on getting to the University of Warwick.
• Speakers at Radcliffe or Scarman have parking included at those hotels.
• For everyone else, car parking is available at £8 per day.

Accommodation

• On-campus, there are two options for accommodation at the hotels Scarman and Radcliffe. Alternatively, one could easily stay in Coventry, Kenilworth, or Leamington Spa. Further details on how to get to campus are available here.

Internet access

• Zeeman: Wireless access is most easily available via eduroam. Participants without an academic affiliation should use the Warwick Guest network.
• Campus accommodation: Wireless access is available - ask for log-in details at the desk.
