   In the mock exam question 4 b) it seems like the answer is trying to generalise the ball in a bag situation, but surely since this has rational probabilities it can't represent all situations. Is it asking for an example of a situation, or a proof for the general case?

   I think they're just looking for a specific example that creates a Dutch Book in your favour. Hope this helps :)
