Forensic Imaging Over the last ten years, Danni has carried out and supervised various forensic, anatomical and industrial imaging research alongside Prof Mark Williams (Head of the Forensic Centre for Digital Scanning and 3D printing, WMG). She has applied her forensic expertise to support around a hundred UK homicide cases and has been awarded a Chief Constable's Award for this. ---------------------------------------------------- Behavioural Science Following an Engineering undergraduate (MEng), Danni completed a Psychology MSc (BPP University) and a scholarship-funded Behavioural Science PhD supervised by Professor Derrick Watson (Department of Psychology, University of Warwick) and Professor Mark Williams. Her MSc and PhD research focused on the Concealed Information Test (CIT). The CIT is predominantly a psychophysiological memory/deception detection test for detecting a suspect's recognition of key information. To date she has conducted over twenty experiments containing over 1500 CITs designed to assess the interaction of factors such as memory, attention and social cognition. She received the annual Faculty PhD Thesis Impact Prize and was awarded full marks for her MSc thesis. She has presented at conferences, published in peer-reviewed journals and continues to conduct deception research alongside her forensic imaging role. Selected publication:
