Challenges for engineers inside
Engineer Inside is a set of engineering challenges for learners aged 7-14 to complete at home or in school, using everyday materials and inspired by the expertise of WMG’s engineers and scientists.
Each challenge webpage page contains:
- an activity sheet to guide young people through the designing, making and improving process
- videos of WMG engineers and scientists explaining how they have applied their scientific and engineering knowledge to the challenge
- answers to frequently asked questions related to the challenge
- a list of curriculum links for teachers
- a Good Science Guide to suggest a process in more detail for older students (11-14) and educators
- health and safety advice
- a a gallery of young people's creations
