Zig Zag

Zigzag explores stitching one continuous line, and layering one pattern on top of another. This uses four functions.

  • RightPeak - draw a peak from left to right. Its used repeatedly to draw a whole row of zigzags.
  • TurnLeft: used when the end of a row is reached (moving to the left) and want to move to a new space to stitch a new row.
  • LeftPeak: same as RightPeak except draws from right to left
  • TurnRight: same as TurnLeft, but in a different direction.

When the base pattern is stitched from bottom to top, and then from left to right if you look closely the lines are not perfectly aligned.
