As a result of our founder the late Professor Lord Bhattacharyya’s 35-year-long personal relationship with China, we’ve developed a strong history of research collaborations and education programmes with the leaders of Chinese industry and government. The Professor’s regular visits to China, delivery of keynote lectures and development of strategic relationships, have aided us in fully understanding the country’s evolving industry landscape.

We enjoy a close working relationship with the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA), the Chinese government body responsible for all overseas training. We’ve delivered training courses tailored for managers in most of the major industries and institutions across China, including banking, construction, oil and gas, the automotive industry, aviation, aerospace, and transport, in addition to the provincial governments.

Short Courses

We’ve been successfully designing and delivering intensive courses for the senior managers of major organisations in China for over 10 years, including:

Student Short-term Programmes


Over three weeks students experience an alternative culture first-hand, by studying and living in the UK. Students will be based in accommodation on campus, with access to the diverse range of art, sports and social facilities on offer.

The course will be tailored to students’ academic backgrounds and career aspirations, and aligned to the requirements of their current college or university with modules including:

  • Business Negotiation
  • Project Management
  • Marketing

  • Innovation

Students will also have the chance to see how real businesses in the UK operate through visits to our world-renowned partners.
