*The University of Warwick will process your personal data provided in this online form only for the purposes of booking and carrying out this appointment with you. However, if you would like to register to receive occasional email updates from us regarding digital events, please sign up via this link, where you will also be able to download a digital version of our prospectus.

Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick, with the exception of Calendly (the company providing this booking service), who will process your data in accordance with their Data Processing Addendum. Calendly is based in the United States and has entered into the Government’s standard contractual clauses for data protection with the University. Any personal data you provide will be deleted within 14 days of your scheduled appointment. Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book?

Select an available date and timeslot from the calendar above. You will then be taken through to a second menu where we will ask for a few details from you, such as contact details and which course area(s) you're interested in. Once you have confirmed your details and your timeslot, you will be sent an email confirmation that includes an option to add the appointment to your calendar.

How will you contact me?

We can contact you in one of three ways, which you can select after you have picked your timeslot:

• Microsoft Teams: If you select this option, a link to join the meeting will be included in your email confirmation. This can be done through the mobile or desktop application (if you have it installed) or through either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a computer. If you are unable to use one of these browsers, please select one of the options below.
• Skype: After selecting this option, please request to connect with us by searching for our username 'WMGMasters' from your Skype account. We will then call you at your selected time.
• Phone: We are happy to call you via a standard call or WhatsApp. Please make sure you select the right country when inputting your number so that we have the correct international dialling code for you.

What if I need to change or cancel my appointment?

At the bottom of your confirmation email, underneath 'Make changes to this event', you will have the option to reschedule or cancel. Alternatively, you can send us an email to wmgmasters@warwick.ac.uk to let us know.
