Conference Programme
13th - 15th June 2022, Venice, Italy (Blended Format)
Returning for its eighth year, CADE will be held between the 13th and 15th June 2022. After one year online due to COVID-19, CADE will return to Venice, Italy in a blended format, allowing participants to attend physically or virtually.
CADE aims to provide opportunities for academics and practitioners to share the latest research and practice on topics related to the research themes of Resilience, Sustainability, Responsibility, and Identity. Participants will be able to present in a friendly environment where emphasis is on discussion and development of the work presented. There are awards for best paper and best developmental paper with the latter being for ECRs and PhD students.
The conference proceedings will be published by the IET and will be available through the IET Digital Library and IEEE Xplore. The proceedings will be indexed through the major databases Scopus (Elsevier); Web of Science (Clarivate Analytics); ProQuest; NLM (US National Library of Medicine); and CrossRef.

CADE 2022 will be held at Combo in Venice, Italy. Combo is situated in the restored Ex Convento dei Crociferi, near Rialto Bridge and the Mercato del Pesce.

Participants required to submit mandatory changes/camera ready copy: April 15th 2022

Physical Participation:
- Early bird registration: £225
- Early bird PhD registration: £200

- PhD registration: £225
- Partner lunch and dinner ticket: £150
Virtual Participation:
- Early bird virtual registration: £60; £30 for developing nations*
- Standard virtual registration: £90; £50 for developing nations*
- PhD virtual registration: £75; £50 for early bird
Charge of Extra Pages: The papers longer than 6-page will be asked for £50 extra for each four pages, or the authors can reduce to fit in the page limit for acceptance.
