Important Notes:

• All prices are inclusive of VAT.
• Initially, only the options that include a paper submission will be enabled. The payment for these must be received at least several days in advance of the final paper submission deadline of 08/09/2025 23:59:59 Pacific Time, to allow time for fee checking. Only after the correctness of payment has been checked, the authors will be be sent a voucher code needed to upload their final paper on PaperPlaza/PaperCept.
• Please make sure to include the payment for excess pages, if your paper has more than 6 pages.
• Please do not use the 'Other' registration category, unless specifically asked by the Organiser.
• For each extra paper, the authors are requested to submit a new registration & payment.
• The registration options that do not include a paper submission (e.g., student ones) will be enabled from 09/09/2025 onwards.
• The cut-off date/time for advance registration fees is 22/09/2025 23:59:59 Pacific Time.
• To enter the Best Student Paper Award competition, the first author should email a proof of their student status to ICVES2025@gmail.com with the subject line "Best Student Paper Award" and confirm that they will be presenting the paper. The ICVES 2025 Conference Committee maintains the sole authority to determine anyone's eligibility to enter this competition.
• All authors can request Invitation Letter (e.g., for visa purposes) on PaperCept.
