WMG Sustainable Production Innovation Network (SPIN) Event

Theme: Sustainable Design

Date: October 19th 2021

Time: 3 pm - 4.30 pm

Format: Virtual

Overview:

So much of a product's carbon footprint and wider social and environmental impact is fixed at the design stage, yet design for sustainability is rarely talked about. What factors should be considered during design to ensure a product performs to specification, as well as being environmentally friendly and thorough down to the last detail?

Join us at our next Sustainable Production Innovation Network (SPIN) event. This interactive online event will look at design for sustainability. Industrial guest speakers will present case studies and interactive break-out sessions that will give you the opportunity to explore the topic with like-minded businesses.

You will leave the event with a greater understanding of key design considerations and opportunities for technical support. Ensuring your business meets customer needs whilst improving impact in all dimensions of sustainability, across the full product life cycle.
