Isaac reflects on winning the South West regional heat:

“It’s an incredible honour to win this award, and something I honestly didn’t expect. Degree Apprenticeships are such a brilliant alternative to studying full time. As an Undergraduate Engineer at Dyson, I’m in a privileged position to obtain the qualifications I’d get at university while also learning from industry experts, getting professional experience and kick-starting my career.”

Professor Steve Maggs, Former Director of Undergraduate Studies and Current Director of Alumni and Industrial Engagement at WMG, University of Warwick also comments on Isaac’s success:

“This is a fantastic achievement for one of our degree apprentices. This programme is a very successful and novel collaboration between WMG and DIET. This apprenticeship is doing what it should by delivering highly skilled and competent engineers to Dyson’s workforce. Isaac’s success is wonderful news and well deserved.”
