Amending your personal details

Amending details to be included on your CAS

In order to attend a full-time course of study within the UK lasting over 6 months, if you do not already hold a different type of UK immigration permission that permits study, you will normally require a Student Visa sponsored by Warwick. Please use this form to provide those aspects of your personal details that were not correctly stated in the email you received from The WMG Admissions Team. This updated information will then be used to create a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) to enable you to apply for a Student visa once you have accepted and met all conditions of your offer.

Please note that you will be required to prove that you have the correct immigration permissions before you can start studying a course at The University of Warwick, and you must complete enrolment (both online and in-person) and arrive in the UK before the latest course start date as stated on your CAS.

Please also note that if you need a Student visa and intend to study at the University of Warwick you will need a Warwick Student visa in order to enrol. To obtain this you must apply for your visa using a CAS from the University of Warwick and not from a different UK university. If you have a specific immigration-related query, please refer to our Student Visa Advice Team.

  2. If you ask us to change any of the information below, please note that we will only be able to do so if we have verified original (or attested copies of) degree certificates or transcripts, or, in the case of English language tests, we have verified your test result with the examining body.

To help us process your CAS request quickly, please enter the exact title of your Bachelor level qualification as it appears on your degree certificate (e.g. “Bachelor of Science”). We do not normally state degree subject area on the CAS, we only refer to the degree title, e.g. “Bachelor of Science” or “Bachelor of Arts”. Please do not abbreviate (e.g. BSc or BA), we need to know the exact wording on the certificate you hold. If the title of your degree is not in English, please give us the exact English translation which you intend to use in your visa application.
