Local delegates: Attendance is free, subject to registration and availability of places.

Early Career: Provide proof of status with a current license or certificate, student ID or a letter written on official letterhead and signed by a mentor, department head or department supervisor.

Media Registrants:
Reporters, writers, producers or editors with credentials from a newspaper, magazine, online news service, radio or TV network or station, wire service and syndicate may register to attend the Personalised Medicines Symposium.

Full payment must be received with your registration form. Make cheques payable to University of Warwick or charge your registration to American Express, VISA or MasterCard. Registrations without complete payment will not be processed. Wire transfers are not accepted.

Method of Registration/Payment
Please choose only one of the following methods to register for the Personalised Medicines Symposium:

  • By Fax
    Remember to include payment information and fax the completed registration form 24 hours a day the Personalised Medicines Office at +44(0)24 7696 8653.
  • By Mail
    Send your completed registration form with complete payment to:

All registrants will receive receipt of registration via e-mail.

Attendees registering in advance will find their badge and conference materials at the Personalised Medicines registration desk at the Medical Teaching Centre, University of Warwick

A refund will be made if written notice of cancellation is received by 5th May 2006; a £25 cancellation/processing fee will be charged. No refunds will be made after 15th May 2006.

Please note: The organisers shall not be liable for cancellation of the Personalised Medicines Symposium caused by labour strikes, civil disorders, fires, weather conditions, or other acts of God or for any damages or losses resulting from such cancellation.
