£100,000 funding to launch Health and Wellbeing Innovation Network to cultivate the next healthcare innovators
Businesses aiming to move into or grow within the healthcare, technology and wellbeing sectors can harness university and hospital expertise and resources, as well as specialist work space and business support, through a new network launched by the University of Warwick in partnership with University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust and Bruntwood SciTech.
The University of Warwick’s free Creative Futures Incubator based in Leamington Spa’s co-working space 1 Mill Street is already powering up new local businesses, but now is also powering pedestrians up the Parade in Leamington, with 2 e-trikes. These innovative pedicabs provide a creative, environmentally friendly way for residents to get around the town centre and access the shops.
University of Warwick offers to help 5 more creative businesses - 6 months free in a 5G enabled business incubator
The University of Warwick is looking for the next cohort of creative businesses that it can help with its Creative Futures programme and businesses have just over two weeks to apply to be part of the programme and access 5G enabled business incubator space in Leamington Spa’s 1 Mill Street. Applications close on 15th February 2021.
BT, University of Warwick and Warwickshire County Council today, Tuesday 3rd November 2020, announced a collaboration to bring 5G innovation and co-development to the University campus and the wider region, stimulating regional economic growth and post Covid-19 recovery
