Warwick academic named in Thomson Reuters 'Highly Cited Researchers' list

Thomson Reuters has released the 2015 edition of “Highly Cited Researchers” list that includes IChemE Associate Member Siti Khatum Kamarudin and approximately 30 other chemical engineers.

Kamarudin, deputy director of the Fuel Cell Institute at Universiti Kebangsaan (UKM) in Malaysia, specialises in the field of hydrogen energy and fuel cells. She has been listed in the top 1% of researchers in the world.

Other notable honourees include Kamarudin’s colleague in hydrogen energy, Wan Ramli Wan Duad, professor of chemical engineering; Branko Popov, professor of chemical engineering at the US’ University of South Carolina; and Jan Baeyens, professor of recycling plastics at the UK’s University of Warwick.
