Room Booking Guide

We want you to have the best possible experience when booking a room with Warwick Accommodation.

Follow the 6 steps below to navigate the campus booking process and find out what happens after you successfully book a room.

Step 1

Click the 'Book a room on campus' button below and log in to the accommodation hub.

You should select the 'Prospective Students' option and register/log in with your Warwick ID and password.

Step 2

Once logged in please make sure you have selected the correct academic year (2024/2025).

You will then need to select 'Create Application' and then select the 'Postgraduate' application type from the drop down options.

Step 3

Now you'll need to confirm whether you have any specific accommodation requirements for any medical or disability needs you may have.

If you have specific accommodation requirements, don't forget you'll need to ensure you follow the relevant process and get supported by Wellbeing and Student Support by 24 July 2024.

Step 4

You'll then need to select the specific residence and room profile you would like to book from the list of available options shown in the booking portal.

Depending on availability there may be room profiles assigned to a quiet or single gender area which can be selected.

You should only click 'book room' once you are confident you'd like to proceed with your selection. After you click 'book room' you will start the offer process and you won't be able to select a different room type if you cancel or click back. Please bear this in mind as you'll need to contact our Allocation Team to restart your booking which can take a few working days to arrange.

Step 5

After you have confirmed the residence and room profile you'd like to book, you will be shown a summary of your booking and your accommodation contract. You'll need to review the offer and complete the offer process by accepting your contract. You'll have 24 hours to complete the booking. Please remember that when you accept your contract, you are signing a legally binding document.

Please note, your contract will not state the room profile you may have booked i.e. quiet or single gender area.

Step 6

You should receive a booking confirmation email within 12 hours after successfully booking a room.

We advise to check your emails including your spam/clutter/junk inbox to ensure you have received your booking confirmation email.

If you do not receive your booking confirmation email, please contact accommodation@warwick.ac.uk.
