Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the Institutional Teaching and Learning Review (ITLR) so far - we really appreciate all of the time and effort you have devoted to every stage of the project.

The majority of he departmental and professional services cluster reports have now been finalised, after having gone through Close Scrutiny Groups (CSGs). These will shortly be available on the ITLR website. The ITLR Project Team are also working hard on pulling together the full ITLR Outcomes Report, which will summarise the findings from the review, including examples of good practice and areas for improvement - this will be shared by the New Year.

We are currently making plans to share the outcomes and findings of the ITLR with the University, to ensure that everyone has a chance to find out about the conclusions being drawn, and to participate in conversations that will allow us to move forward and shape the future of education at Warwick. The findings of the ITLR will contribute to the development of the University's new Education and Student Experience Strategy, and the process for putting this together will begin from Term 2. There will lots of opportunities for dialogue and for you to give feedback that will help to shape the new strategy - keep an eye out for this in the coming weeks and months.

To help to share these findings, we are now beginning to produce a series of case studies, continuing on from the Education Excellence showcase that we published alongside the announcement of the TEF result. These will illustrate examples of good practice, inspiring individuals and exciting initiatives across the University, to highlight stories of our education excellence and shine a light on the people who help to make Warwick what it is.
