The University is currently conducting a Review of Assessment led by Professor David Lamburn, Deputy PVC (Education) and work is ongoing in five sub-groups dealing with issues such as assessment strategies, academic integrity (plagiarism and cheating), mitigating circumstances, reasonable adjustments, progression requirements, remedying failure, timing of examinations and examination board procedures.
