University owns intellectual property (IP) to all of its courses and modules unless otherwise specified in the franchise agreement. Copyright for any other IP in the curriculum and associated course material shall be the property of the party creating the IP

Quality Assurance

The University will provide quality assurance as specified in the franchise agreement

Academic Regulations

Partner institution with oversight provided by the University unless otherwise specified in the franchise agreement

Management

Collaborative Management Group (CMG) has oversight of the operational management of the partnership and collaborative provision

Recruitment and Admission

The partner institution has overall responsibility for recruitment and admissions

Enrolment

Students will enrol with the partner institution and the University

Accommodation

Partner institution provide accommodation

Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)

Student access the University VLE

Library and E-Resources

Students have access to University library resources and library e-resources.

IT Provision

Students have access to University IT applications

Academic Staff and Project Supervision Approval

Partnership institution academic staff approved by the Chair of the Partnership Committee. Project supervisors approved by the academic department responsible for the partnership

Staff Development

Partner institution staff have access to University staff development as specified in the franchise agreement

University of Warwick Student ID Card

Students have Student ID card

Sports Facilities

Students have access to University sports facilities

Student Support and Wellbeing

Students have access to University student support and wellbeing services

Student Voice

The partner institution will provide a Staff Student Liaison Committee and enable course and module feedback

Students Union

All students are entitled to Student Union membership.

Student Handbooks

The University provides the student with a Student Handbook, Course Handbook and Module Guidance unless otherwise specified in the franchise agreement
