The ITLR must address both quality assurance and enhancement. To determine where there are strengths and opportunities for enhancement or continuous improvement, we will first assess the extent to which quality is effective and identify risks that could impede academic standards. As such, each review panel will identify where there are risks and their causes to enable a solution-supported approach. This will establish the baseline evidence from which review panels, together with the departments and clusters, can evaluate opportunities for strategic improvement.
