Deadlines for booking events:

Student Faith Societies regular/recurring and ad-hoc/one-off term 1 events - submitted no later than the end of week 8 in term 3 of the preceding academic year.
Student Faith Societies regular/recurring and ad-hoc/one-off term 2 events - submitted no later than the end of week 8 in term 1.
Student Faith Societies regular/recurring and ad-hoc/one-off term 3 events - submitted no later than the end of week 8 in term 2.
Other Ad-hoc / one-off bookings should be submitted no later than 3 weeks in advance (visiting-speaker requests MUST be approved before we will consider a booking).

Bookings are available 9am - 9pm

The end time is when you need to have finished, cleaned, cleared AND VACATED the space.

We're not able to take bookings at the weekends, sorry.
