The Chaplaincy User Forum gathers termly to meet with the Chaplaincy team and representatives from the Student Union to discuss any issues that have come up in the use of the Chaplaincy spaces or in the involvement of faith groups and societies on campus. The Forum is also the space where projects, which enable working together across multiple faith groups, are planned.

The Forum is chaired by the SU Societies Officer and reps from all of the Faith Societies attend.
