Peter Conley

Fr. Peter Conley

Fr Peter was ordained in 1991.

Before joining the Chaplaincy Team, as Assistant Catholic Chaplain to Deacon David, he has served, over the years, as a parish priest, university chaplain and lecturer at Oscott College in Birmingham, where he is from.

After being a bank clerk, his seminary studies included postgraduate degrees in theology as an international student at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL), in Belgium, and Newman University.

He enjoys creative writing about the letters of a Victorian Saint of the Midlands, John Henry Newman as well as acapella singing in a barbershop chorus. So, he looks forward to being involved with the musical opportunities at Warwick. He is delighted to be combining parish and university ministry, once again, at St Joseph the Worker Church, next door to the campus.
