Christmas is returning to Warwick Conferences this year, as its award-winning venue The Slate gets set to transform into a winter wonderland for the first time since 2019.

As organisations look to get their plans wrapped up for this year’s festivities, Warwick Conferences has created its biggest Christmas offering yet. The package includes handcrafted, seasonal food and a disco, as standard, as well as a glass of Prosecco or mulled wine on arrival.

All parties booked can also be personalised through additional extras on offer. From late-night catering vans to digital photo booths and a car racing game, Warwick Conferences’ festive packages have been designed for companies to get their employees into the Christmas spirit with a perfect end-of-year spectacle.

Branding options are also available, while overnight accommodation in hotel-styled rooms can be booked for those looking to extend their stay. The unique venue can host up to 300 people, with bookings available between 30 November until 18 December 2022.

Warwick Conferences’ latest announcement comes amid a resurgence of in-person meetings. June 2022 saw occupancy rates reach over 80%, bringing it in-line with its pre-Covid levels. Customer retention levels have also maintained at 70%, which are similar figures to those posted by the venue in 2019.
